We seldom take the tome to acknowledge a job well done. I choose to take the time today to commend two professional, personable and excellent craftsman who serviced a problem at my friends residence on July 16, 2009.

 

The situation. My friend was called out of state to a meeting he could not defer. The day before his flight the sewer backed up. His flight was due AM the following day. I suggested that he contact you company. He did. Made arrangements for the next day. Asked me to oversee the situation.

 

I am pleased the way Alan and Jake analyzed the problem. Being a retired general contractor it did not take long for me to spot two excellent craftsmen. They did an excellent job. A professional job. I would suggest that you count these two as one of your more important company assets.

I’m writing to commend one of your employees, Marvin Pollack. I came in today with a broken handle from my 40 year old shower. Mr. Pollack recognized it immediately and got a replacement. We both agreed that it wouldn't’t fit, so Mr. Pollack took one of the parts I had brought in and customized it in the shop so it would fit and further, modified a screw to fit. I am grateful my shower is fixed. Mr. Pollack deserves commendation for extraordinary service and a very pleasant manner.

Gentlemen,

Recently we experience a broken water line under the concrete slab of our house. We called your company to come out and find the leak and give an estimate for the necessary repair. Randy K. was the technician dispatched to our house. It didn’t take long to realize the right man was sent to take care of our untimely predicament. Randy gave an estimate to repair the broken line, as well as re-plumb the entire cold side of the house. He also recommended we install a water pressure regulator as the water pressure was more than 100 psi. After we considered our options and Randy’s suggestions, we opted to have the house re-plumbed.
Randy is an exceptional individual. Not only is he a fine young man, his work ethic is something seldom seen today. The quality and workmanship of the completed job is outstanding. You should be extremely proud to have Randy representing Henry Bush Plumbing.

I have a slight plumbing problem. It is a noise problem. I called Henry Bush Plumbing and scheduled a plumber to come out today. Mr. Krigbaum came out today, unfortunately the noise had stopped. After promptly returning our telephone call, we met with your HVAC Manager, Gary Mast, to discuss the installation of a complete central heating and air conditioning system. The following day, he returned with a thorough, professional presentation of the options available to us and what we could expect during the installation process. Gary provided his expert opinion of what he believed would be our best option, never once trying to “hard sell” us anything. We felt completely at ease with Gary’s honest, sincere demeanor. During his presentation, he provided us with background information on your company, which proved to us that he stands behind the company he works for and the quality of work the employees produce. We already knew that Henry Bush Plumbing has an outstanding reputation but this further solidified our suspicions. Once we had selected the unit which best met our needs, Gary provided us with not only his cell phone number but his home number as well so we could reach him with any questions or problems we may have. This jester was just another indication that we had chosen the right company for the job.

When the installation date was set, Gary informed us that Bobby Neal and his “crew” could be completing the job. On his way home from work, one street over from us, Steve noticed a Redlands Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning truck. He stopped by and was immediately greeted by a handshake from Mr. Neal. At this point, Bobby has no knowledge that we purchased a system from your company. Bobby then proceeded to introduce him to Ruben and Gilbert. Being in construction himself, Steve was extremely impressed with what he saw at this job site, the outstanding care and pride Mr. Neal takes in his tools and vehicle, and his friendly, sincere manner. When the job began, Bobby gave us his cell phone number in case we had any questions. When we returned home at the end of the day, we were overwhelmed with how clean Bobby, Ruben and Gilbert left our home. It was as though no one had been there. Obviously, these gentlemen take great pride in the quality of their work. From the beginning of the job to final inspection, it is clear to see why Redlands Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning has the exceptional reputation it does.

Well, you not giving up did the trick; the heater is working like new. It’s hard to realize that the bend, at the gas valve of the thermo coupler could cause everything to shut down like it did. By you not give up show just how good you are at your job.
